Photography services for artists in Southern Oregon and Northern California

About

My Background

My Name is Linda Dixon and I have been an artist for more than 25 years. One of the most frustrating aspects of my career was getting accurate images of my work.

Another, has been the cost of reproductions.

Thanks to a grant from the Haines & Friends Foundation, I have purchased the photography, lighting and editing equipment needed to produce accurate photos.

My Goals

In addition to getting great digital photos of my artwork, I want to create opportunities for other artists.

I tried having my work shot by good photographers, who didn't specialize in art photography. The results were frustrating.

I tried people, who do specialize in art. The results were good, but expensive.

I am committed to providing a photography service that meets the needs of artists, at prices they can afford.

Because your art deserves to be reproduced as accurately as possible! Perfect color, squared, cropped and ready to use. You can't get accurate images with your phone.

Use the small files to build a website, share on social media, email or text them to your collectors.
Use the large files for making prints and cards or entering juried shows and art fairs accepting large files.

Your images are shot with full spectrum lights, then I create an X-rite color checker profile for each session. Your photos are edited in Adobe Lightroom, which also allows me to correct lens distortions and vignetting.
